A third suspect has been indicted in what investigators have called a murder for hire plot.
Prosecutors charged Mark Blandford in connection with the death of Kelley Clayton last September.
Investigators say Blandford worked with Michael Beard and Thomas Clayton to kill the victim in her town of Caton home last September.
Blandford faces two counts of murder in the second degree, one count of Burglary and two counts of conspiracy.
He is being held on $100,000 cash bail.
If convicted Blandford would face 25 years to life in jail.
The other two suspects will be in the courtroom soon.
Beard is scheduled to go on trial for murder in October, and Thomas Clayton is expected to be tried in January.
