Restructuring on the Corning Community College campus is going to result in 21 job cuts come March.

The college has been undergoing a capital improvement project, which includes consolidation of services, like the financial aid and registration offices. The planned layoffs are part of that same effort to reduce expenditures and Corning Community College said all employees who will be affected have already been notified.

The college has also created six new positions, some of which may be filled by the employees who were laid off.
