CITY OF LOCKPORT, N.Y. -- A City of Lockport man has been accused of stabbing a teenage girl in the back Friday.
City police charged Derrick Washburn, 20, with attempted assault, weapon possession and several other charges.
Officers say he stabbed a 13-year-old during a fight at Grossi Park about 2:40 a.m. Eastern Niagara Hospital Lockport with non-life-threatening injuries.
Washburn was being held in the Niagara County Jail on $10,000 bail. He's due back in court Monday.
