A Prattsville teen faces a DWI charge after a deadly weekend crash in Delaware County.
State Police say 19-year-old Thomas Schmiedel, of Prattsville, Greene County, crossed into oncoming traffic Sunday evening while driving on State Route 23 in Roxbury. He struck an SUV head on, killing 72-year-old Elvira Vogt, of Jefferson.
Vogt's passenger was also hurt in the crash, as was Schmiedel.
He was taken to the hospital for internal injuries.
State Police say more charges are pending the outcome of blood tests.
