RAEFORD, N.C. – A Hoke County man wants justice for his fiancée after she was killed in a hit-and-run accident in Raeford in April.
Deputies said Miguel Rogers and his fiancée, Natasha McMillan, were on their motorcycle on U.S. 401 near Norton Road. Investigators said the driver of a 2001 to 2006 KIA Sedona minivan crashed into them and drove off. First responders took the couple to the hospital, where McMillan didn't make it.
Rogers is now left with several injuries. He was planning to marry his fiancee in September 2020.
"Now I just want justice done...To find who did it," Rogers says. "If anybody knows anything, come forth and shed a little light. They don't even have to give the name. I just want to know if you have any information, or remember the night, or remember the vehicle, or what was going on."
North Carolina Highway Patrol officers are asking anyone with information about the accident to call 800-572-8765.
