RALEIGH, N.C. -- Folks across the Triangle are in Raleigh for the opening of North Carolina's very first Wegmans in our state.

It also has a loyal following, with some shoppers already familiar with Wegman's and describing the shopping experience as unlike any other.

The store is located on Wake Towne Drive.

It will be the first of five more stores that are going to open in North Carolina. Another one is expected to open in Cary next year.
