WAKE COUNTY, N.C. – Wegmans fans rejoice! The company announced Thursday that another location is planned for Wake County.

• Wake Forest is getting a Wegmans.
• Wegmans are also planned for Raleigh, Cary, and Chapel Hill.
• There's not yet word on when the store will open.

The first North Carolina Wegmans is expected to open in Raleigh in 2019.

Other locations in Cary and Chapel Hill have also been announced.

The Wake Forest location will be on the Route 98 bypass, east of Capital Boulevard.

The company says it will announce a timeline when all necessary approvals are in place.
