DURHAM, N.C. -- A Harris Teeter in Durham is changing its hours of operation after a robbery happened early Thursday morning.

  • Four men robbed the Willowhaven location.
  • Two people were attacked.
  • Store will now be open from 6 a.m.- 11 p.m. instead of 24 hours.

It happened at the Willowhaven location on Horton Road some time before 3 a.m.

Police say four men wearing masks, gloves and hoodies rushed into the store.

They say the men forced employees and customers to the ground, attacking at least two people.

The suspects got away with phones, wallets and the store's money and cigarettes.

The store will now be open from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m., instead of 24 hours.
