FAYETTEVILLE – A man was shot in the parking lot of the Walmart in the 1500 block of Skibo Road in Fayetteville Wednesday around 2:50 p.m.

Police say a suspect shot the man in the torso several times and took his pick-up truck, which is a 2007 Ford F-150 King Ranch edition with North Carolina license plate CAD-9892.

The victim was last listed in critical condition at Cape Fear Valley Hospital.
