NATIONWIDE -- If you've purchased artichoke and spinach dip from Publix recently, you'll want to take it back for a refund.
The grocery store chain is issuing a voluntary recall for Publix Deli Artichoke and Spinach Dip because there could be glass fragments in the dips.
The dip was sold at stores in North Carolina, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina and Tennessee and have a use by date of May 16.
