CHAPEL HILL, N.C. – One person is dead after a double shooting in Chapel Hill Tuesday night.
Police say one the victims, 18-year-old Malik Burnette, died at UNC Hospital.
The other victim, 18-year-old Tanner Cobb, was last listed in stable condition.
The two were shot just before 10 p.m. on Jackie Robinson Street near Adelaide Walters Street.
Chapel Hill police say the shooting was not a random act.
