RALEIGH- A man accused of shooting two people in the Brier Creek Walmart parking lot last week has been arrested.
Tavarese Vine, 25, is charged with the murder of Jerry Sumpter.
Sumpter died at a hospital.
Emil Sherwood, 36, was also shot but is expected to recover.
Vine is in the Wake County Jail.
