CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.C. - A Cumberland County Grand Jury has incdicted Je'Michael Malloy, 17, for first degree murder in the death of Danielle Locklear.
Because of his age at the time, Malloy, Locklear's former boyfriend, is not eligble for the death penalty.
Locklear was reported missing in March 2011 and weeks later her body was recovered in the South River in Autryville.
Malloy has admitted to choking Locklear and dumping her body in the river.
Dominick Tayvon Lock, 18, is also charged with accessory after the fact.
He is in custody under a $500,000 bond.
