VIRGINIA - A big birth announcement is coming from the Metro Richmond Zoo in Virginia. Nine new cheetah cubs were born within the past month.
New mom Khari gave birth to a litter of four on May 12th.
The new cubs come just a few weeks after second-time mom Lana gave birth to six cubs which is really unusual only happening about eight-percent of the time.
The nine cubs brings the total number of cheetahs at the zoo to twenty-five.
