DURHAM, N.C. — Led by Executive Chef Thomas Card, Counting House celebrates North Carolina’s rich heritage of fresh seafood using local, high-quality ingredients.

Card is bold and imaginative with the pairings he serves, raising the caliber of upscale cuisine in the Bull City.

The restaurant is tucked inside the 21c Museum Hotel Durham.

Counting House combines contemporary design with historic details to highlight the building’s original terrazzo floors and arched windows. The rotating exhibitions of contemporary art are carried over from the adjoining hotel into the restaurant space.
