ONSLOW COUNTY, N.C-- Onslow County's newest middle school is ready to welcome students for the start of the school year.
On Tuesday, a ribbon cutting ceremony marked the completion of Dixon Middle School in Sneads Ferry.
The new school will accommodate up to one-thousand students between 5th and 8th grade.
The project came in $3 million under budget, costing a total of $28.5 million.
