For over a decade, The Chef Conference has been an important tradition for chefs to interact with members of the food community and industry leaders.
The event was founded in 2013 as The Philly Chef Conference, but this year, the conference held its first New York City event to foster connection between local chefs, journalists and patrons.
The two-day conference wrapped up Monday, where industry leaders shared their recipes for success.
Mike Traud, The Chef Conference’s founder, and Roni Mazumdar, Unapologetic Foods CEO, joined “The Rush Hour” on Tuesday to discuss the event.
