ST. LOUIS — From celebrating different cultures to learning about the art of tattoos, there are several events happening in the St. Louis area this weekend, July 13-14.

Missouri Ink Tattoo Exhibition

The Missouri Ink Tattoo Exhibition is happening at the Foundry Art Centre from now through Aug. 24.

It features artwork from more than 20 tattoo studios across Missouri. The exhibition highlights the incredible skill and creativity of the artform.

Teen Summit

Presented by Brownprenuers, a teen summit about entrepreneurship is Saturday and Sunday at St. Louis Community College -- Forest Park in the Student Center.

The free event will teach students the fundamentals of how to start, grow and maintain a successful business.

Cherokee Pop Shop

The Cherokee Pop Shop is Saturday from 4-6 p.m. at 3353 California Avenue.

The event will feature local vendors selling apparel, homemade treats, accessories, crafted goods and more. There also will be live performances and a mobile bar.

Bar K adoption event

An adoption event is taking place at Bar K on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Dogs available for adoption are from the Humane Society of Ray County.

Sister Cities International Festival

The Sister Cities International Festival is from noon to 6 p.m. at the Lewis and Clark Boathouse parking lot.

The St. Charles event celebrates German, Irish and French sister cities that will feature live music, vendors, food and drinks, and cultural activities.

Family Sunday

Families can enjoy hands-on art activities and interactive components for children at the St. Louis Art Museum on Sunday from 1-4 p.m.

The theme is Baroque art and music where there will be a special performance by Orchestrating Diversity, a community-based organization providing free music education in the St. Louis region.

On Sundays through the summer, the public can participate in educator-led tours at the St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum.
