NEW YORK — Actress Lisa Banes, known for roles in "Gone Girl" and "Cocktail", has died 10 days after she was critically injured in a hit-and-run crash in Manhattan.

Investigators say the 65-year-old was struck by either a scooter or a motorcycle on the Upper West Side on June 4 as she was crossing Amsterdam Avenue at West 64th Street.

While hospitalized at Mount Sinai Morningside, her manager had confirmed that Banes suffered a traumatic brain injury. 

Sources told NY1 that Banes had the right of way at the time of the crash. 

There have been no arrests so far.

Banes has appeared in numerous television shows and movies, including roles on “Nashville,” “Madam Secretary,” “Masters of Sex” and “NCIS.”
