WORCESTER, Mass. - Winter weather is coming and Worcester's DPW is hiring snow plow contractors and equipment ahead of the season.
Applications can be found on the city's website.
The City recently announced a pay increase for heavy duty snowplow contractors.
Their regular rates could increase between 30% to 37%.
This increase is for heavy "yellow" equipment like backhoes, payloaders, and graders.
