Peters Development has four total projects in the works, with two of them on Main Street.

The company is working on 645 and 665 North Main Street, two buildings that are just blocks away from the baseball stadium.

The building at 645 is already under renovation and will be the corporate offices for Peters Development, along with two other companies.

It will have three floors and the Triad's first retractable roof above an event center.

As for 665, the current building will be demolished in order to double the footprint of the new one. The replacement building will have two floors and a rooftop, with space for retail on the first floor and commercial on the second.

Officials say projects like these are exactly what the city needs in order to keep up the current momentum.

Companies are planning to move into the 645 building in the spring and 665 should be up and done by this time next year.
