The Port Authority announcing that construction of the main spans roadway will wrap up this weekend. There's still work to be done on the approach roads, as well as on the pedestrian and bike paths. However, officials say it should all be in the rear view mirror by this spring. But, while the news is good for many motorists, one resident NY1spoke with, who didn't want to have her face shown on camera says the noise and dirt from the ongoing construction has left a lasting effect on her family, adding "I'm not the same, it's caused a lot to my relationship with my children seeing me break down a lot and screaming throughout the house make it stop, make it stop, make it stop."
