GREENSBORO, N.C. -- A UNC Greensboro student is safe after she found a man in her closet Saturday.
- The woman said she kept hearing noises in her Summit at the Edge Apartments and thought it was a ghost.
- When she opened her closet, she found a man, 30-year-old Andrew Swofford, there. The woman also says he was wearing her clothes when she found him in the closet.
- He's been charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering, and was found to have other outstanding warrants.
The woman said she kept hearing noises in her Summit at the Edge Apartments and thought it was a ghost.
When she opened her closet, she found a man, 30-year-old Andrew Swofford, there. The woman also says he was wearing her clothes when she found him in the closet.
She asked Swofford to leave and he complied, but police took him into custody shortly after.
He's been charged with misdemeanor breaking and entering, and was found to have other outstanding warrants.
He's currently in jail under a $26,600 bond.
