HIGH POINT, N.C. -- The Palladium Shopping Center has announced several new projects in 2018, some of which are complete, while others are still in the works.

- Economic development officials say this shopping center offers a great mixture for people who live in High Point, as well as Greensboro
- Officials say there is plenty of space nearby that could still be developed
New additions include restaurants, a gas station, a grocery store, and space for other retail shops.
Most recently, a Texas Roadhouse restaurant opened, with a Sheetz close to completion, and an Earth Fare under construction.
Economic development officials say this shopping center offers a great mixture for people who live in High Point, as well as Greensboro. The fact that more tenants continue to move in is a great sign for both the city and the shoppers who regularly visit.
Officials say there is plenty of space nearby that could still be developed in the near future.
