A Kickstarter event for "Bring the Lizard to Life" took place on June 9 at Blue Bourbon Jacks in Uptowne.
The concept is a 3D mural on the side of the restaurant that depicts a blue tailed skink with a multicolored backdrop.
This mural will be a show stopper piece at one of the key intersections in the Uptown, crossing Main Street and Lexington Avenue.
The event featured live music and food.
