BURLINGTON, N.C. -- The final suspect in the deadly robbery at the Gone Fishing Sweepstakes store in Burlington earlier this month has been caught.

Shamar Holloway was taken into custody in High Point Wednesday by the Burlington Police Department.

Police say Holloway and three accomplices robbed the Gone Fishing Sweepstakes business, shooting and killing 25-year-old security officer Michael Thomas Le.

Holloway is charged with first degree murder.
