FORT EDWARD, N.Y. -- Jurors have found Matthew Slocum guilty in his retrial.
Slocum was found guilty on all seven counts, including three counts of second degree murder and one count of arson.
This is the second conviction for Slocum, on charges he killed his mother, stepfather and stepbrother in 2011 at their home in White Creek, then set the house on fire.
In 2012, a Washington County jury found Slocum guilty of three counts of second degree murder, arson and lesser charges but that conviction was later thrown out, granting a new trial.
During Slocum's first trial, jurors reached a guilty verdict on all counts in less than two hours.
Jurors were given the case this Monday after attorneys presented closing arguments.
The trial began last Monday, with prosecutors calling multiple witnesses to the stand.
Slocum's ex-girlfriend Loretta Colegrove testified for several days about what she said happened that day back in July 2011.
However Slocum's defense attorney maintains it was Colgrove, who killed the victims.
