State police have arrested a Baldwinsville man for driving through blueberry fields and causing thousands of dollars’ worth of damage.
Officials say 19-year-old Christopher Cole was driving under the influence of drugs Saturday when he drove into Paul Hafner's blueberry fields.
Troopers say he caused about $3,000 worth of damage to the field and irrigation equipment before getting stuck on a large wood pile.
Cole is charged with DWI drugs and criminal mischief.
