WINSTON-SALEM -- Winston-Salem police are investigating a crash that happened at noon on Friday at an Arby’s restaurant.
Authorities say the driver of an SUV left the roadway and ran into the restaurant, located on 101 Summit Square Boulevard off University Parkway.
No one inside was hurt. The driver of the SUV also refused treatment.
Officials say she told police that the gas pedal was stuck and she was unable to stop.
There is no word yet on charges.
