STOCKTOWN, N.Y. -- A Stockton man is dead after a car crash in Chautauqua County.
Sheriff's deputies say 22-year-old Charles Clutter collided with another vehicle at the intersection of Sinclair Drive and Route 380 in the town of Ellery just after 9 p.m. Friday.
Clutter was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the other car, 29-year-old Jude Gagliano of Lakewood, was airlifted to Hamot Hospital in Erie, Pennsylvnia.
He's expected to be OK.
The sheriff's office is investigating the case and says charges are pending.
