Greensboro Police Searching for Two Suspects in an Assault on a Police Officer

GREENSBORO -- Greensboro Police have issued warrants for these two in connection to an assault on a police officer.        

Police say 36-year-old Chalon Little and 31-year-old Pamela Stamper physically hit a police officer and struck him with their car.

Officers were called to the Target store on Highlands Boulevard Monday afternoon for a possible shoplifting.

One of the officers was trying to arrest Little, who hit the officer.

At the same time, Stamper put the car she was driving into reverse and deliberately hit the officer.   

The officer wasn't seriously hurt

The pair is facing several charges.

They were last seen driving a sage green Chevy Malibu with North Carolina tags.
