NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. -- The Carbone Auto Group has now released a statement regarding its sale to an Oregon-based company. Officials from Lithia Motors made the announcement earlier this week.
Carbone says by joining with Lithia Motors, it gives them the resources to expand their operations throughout the Northeast. The Carbone Auto Group will keep its name.
The construction of new Carbone dealerships and service facilities is said to begin later this year and into 2017.
