GREENSBORO -- Police warn the public all the time about the risks of buying and selling through sites like Craigslist. Now Greensboro police are trying to get the message across in video form.
The department worked with a student from NC A&T and producers with Greensboro Television Network to create an informational video.

In it, officers offer advice to avoid being a victim like meeting at the police station to make transactions, using a cashier's check or money order rather than cash and talking to the other party on the phone before meeting, not just text or email.
