GREENSBORO -- Triad residents will soon have a new dining option at Friendly Center.
CBL & Associates Properties, Inc., owners of Friendly Center, have announced plans to build The Cheesecake Factory.
They made the announcement on Tuesday morning.
The new restaurant will be located at the corner of West Friendly Avenue and Pembroke Road, at the site of the former Carolina Bank.
Construction on The Cheesecake Factory is expected to begin in summer 2016 with an anticipated opening in fall 2016.
