CHARLOTTE-- Chase Bank says they're getting multiple complaints about a phishing scam aimed at their customers.

Emails claiming to be from Chase Credit Cards say they've scheduled you to pay a large credit card bill. There's also an attachment, the company's security team says you should not open it.

The giveaway, they say, is that the email doesn't have your name attached to it.

Chase says customers who responded to the email should call the number on the back of their card.

Time Warner Cable News has reached out to the company to ask how widespread the attack is. They've not yet responded.
