DURHAM -- New search warrants are providing clues into a woman's allegation that she was raped by a member of the Alpha Delta Phi Fraternity.

The victim told police that on Jan. 8, she attended a party at the fraternity's off-campus house. She says after dancing, a member gave her a drink called "Hot Chocolate" but it didn't taste like alcohol. She says she danced some more but then remembered waking up, wearing someone else's t-shirt and having no underwear. Authorities hope cell phones will connect the dots.

"Cell phone evidence is valuable in any investigation, but this stuff is not DNA," said cell phone expert Ben Levitan.

The victim says she later saw that a member texted her, " HA HA....YOU WENT BACK WITH A KID I KNOW...YOU'RE SCREWED."

Authorities also pinged her cell phone, showing she was near the fraternity's house on Chapel Hill Road, another member's apartment on South LaSalle Street, and then back to her dorm on West Main Street. The victim told police she doesn't remember going to any of these places because she blacked out.

Authorities seized three cell phones belonging to members. Warrants show that two members texted each other about getting the victim back into her dorm. At the frat house, police seized several items including cups containing "Hot Chocolate," DNA, the victim's clothing, electronics and photographs. Electronics from the apartment on South LaSalle Street were also seized.

Duke University suspended the fraternity, pending the ongoing investigation. No arrests have been made.
