Britney Hamilton — Meteorologist
Britney is excited to be back in North Carolina.
Spectrum News Project Weather is an interactive educational initiative to help students learn more about the science of North Carolina weather. Guided by our team of local meteorologists, we created an activity book for children in elementary school to help explore how weather works and what makes our weather so unique and remarkable.
At Spectrum News, we are committed to providing valuable teaching materials and resources to our neighborhood elementary classrooms across North Carolina at no cost to the schools.
We have created several videos to help you set up "virtual school visits" by our meteorologists. For more information about Project Weather, please contact click here to contact us.
