The upcoming summer also means new travel destinations for Charlotte area residents and Spirit travelers using Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
This May, the airline will launch service to six new and resuming destinations, they said in a Monday release.
Here are flights that start four times weekly beginning May 8:
- Baltimore (BWI)
- Detroit (DTW)
Here are flights that start twice weekly beginning May 9:
- Indianapolis (IND)
- Los Angeles (LAX)
- Nashville (BNA)
- Philadelphia (PHL)
By those dates in May, Spirit will serve 16 destinations from Charlotte. The most recent addition was service from CLT to Dallas (DFW) on March 6.
“The new service also invites more guests from across our network to discover everything the Queen City has to offer,” John Kirby, vice president of network planning at Spirit Airlines, said.
These new flights can be booked now on spirit.com, where you can find all destinations and fares.
