The entire month of May marks Asian American and Pacific Islander or AAPI Month, which honors the legacy of Asian Americans and celebrates the impact they’ve made on American History.
Brooklyn City Councilmember Susan Zhuang represents the 43rd City Council District in Bensonhurst, which has a majority Asian population.
Zhuang is fighting for more language options for citywide services to better serve her constituents.
She joined “The Rush Hour” on Tuesday to talk more about AAPI month.
