It is the first scratch from this year's 1 1/8-mile race for 3-year-old fillies. According to thoroughbred racing publication Bloodhorse, Weaver scratched Five G because she was off form for the past several days.

"The filly kind of backed off her feed and didn't train with the same energy," Weaver told Bloodhorse. "We just don't feel that she's going to be at our best. We think she's going to be fine. We'll pull some bloodwork on her and make sure she's OK. But she just didn't have a good couple of days and we'll look for a race down the road."

The horse had won the 1 1/16-mile Gulfstream Parks Oaks on March 29 and the Cash Run Stakes on New Year's Day while finishing second to Quietside in the Feb. 23 Honeybee Stakes. Five G was set to start from Post 8 and was 12-1 on the morning line. The Oaks field is now at 13.

Post time for the 151st Kentucky Oaks is 5:51 p.m. eastern.
