A storm system moving through the Midwest clipped parts of the Mid-Mississippi River Valley on Friday, bringing plowable snow across portions of eastern Missouri.

Snowfall totals ranged between a few inches up to a half-foot in some places, with the National Weather Service (NWS) office in St. Louis measuring 5.7 inches. Although a few other select spots reported higher amounts.
