ST. LOUIS  – Ballpark Village is undergoing some major changes.

Thanks to a $4 million reinvestment, two new food, beverage and entertainment experiences – AVA Garden Bar and Crown Hall – will debut on Thursday, April 17.

Among other changes will be upgrades to seating and technology in the second and third levels of Budweiser Brew House.

“Bringing these two brand-new, world-class dining and entertainment concepts to downtown St. Louis is incredibly exciting,” said Mike LaMartina, President of Ballpark Village, in a press release.  “The commitment to great food and the best local, regional and even surprise national artists at Crown Hall, as well as the collaboration with the incredibly respected entertainment team from AVA Garden Bar, will set a new hospitality and entertainment standard in Ballpark Village.”

Crown Hall will debut this spring in the first level of Budweiser Brew House. The completely transformed space will feature a causal yet elevated neighborhood bar environment with a menu rooted in Southern inspiration showcasing comfort-food classics and fresh twists to appeal to locals and visitors alike, according to a press release.

Located between Crown Hall and One Cardinal Way Luxury Apartments, AVA Garden Bar will bring an outdoor oasis to the heart of downtown. Based on the success of AVA Rooftop Bar in Cary, North Carolina, Ballpark Village will debut the first-ever AVA Garden Bar this spring. Lined with expansive lounge-style seating, and a dazzling LED-illuminated tree as the focal point, the open-air space will offer an escape with lively daytime programming leading into a vibrant nightlife, with live acoustic performances and tropical house music bringing energy day and night, according to a press release.

The new investments are more evidence of downtown’s resurgence as the thriving, vibrant heart of our metro,” said Kurt Weigle, Chief Downtown Officer of Greater St. Louis, Inc., in a press release. “Ballpark Village celebrates many of St. Louis’s iconic brands and we can’t wait for the millions of guests who visit Ballpark Village every year to enjoy the new venues and upgrades.”
