ST. CHARLES — In March, the St. Charles City Police Department announced a new Missing Persons Unit that’d regularly post active cases. These cases are not initially believed to be homicides. They are people who mysteriously disappeared.

 

 

The most recent missing person case is of Hermelindo Tiul Chub, who’s believed to have family connections in the metro area. Tiul Chub went missing on February 3, 2025, and was last seen on Elm Street wearing a black t-shirt, black jeans and a tan beanie.

 

 

Michael Cole went missing on October 8, 2024. Cole was last seen in blue plaid pajama plants walking into a wooded area off of the Katy Trail near Ameristar. He’s a white maile, 5’10” tall and 170 pounds.

Jack Hudanick, at least 25 years old (23 at the time of his disappearance), was believe to be last seen at the South 5th street QuickTrip on Nov. 28, 2022. Hudanick is 6'3", 195 pounds, has schizophrenia and was not believed to be taking his medication at the time of his disappearance. Despite multiple potential sightings, law enforcement has been unable to positively confirm any of them as Hudanick.

Kelly Clinton, at least 56 years old (51 at the time of her disappearance), was last in contact with her family at 8:50 p.m. on Oct. 22, 2019, reportedly from the Skate Park in St. Charles. Clinton was homeless at the time of her disappearance, 5'9" and 140 pounds. She was reported missing on Nov. 9, 2019. Police physically searched the area and used drones too. Even with social media inquiries and database searches, there's been no sighting of Clinton. 

SCPD is looking into the disappearance of Michael W. Waters, 63 when he disappeared (at least 69 now). Waters was last seen on Jan. 15, 2019, on Broadmoor Lane. He's 5'11" and 170 pounds. At the time, Waters wore a gray jacket, blue jeans and brown boots. After he left his home, the next day a family member reported him missing. Waters has a history of mental illness.

Kennedy A. Walton, 26 years old at the time of her disappearance (at least 29 now), 5'9" and 270 pounds, has been missing March 6, 2022. Walton was last seen leaving the Show Me's in St. Charles on Veterans Memorial Parkway in her own vehicle. She was reported missing by a family member in Belleville, Illinois on March 6, 2022. Her vehicle was discovered abandoned in Jennings, Missouri on March 10, 2022.
