The University of Missouri’s Board of Curators have approved the school’s tuition for the upcoming 2024-25 school year.

For undergraduates, the tuition at all four UM universities will increase by five percent while graduate and professional tuition rates will increase between three and five percent.

The increased rates will provide additional funding for various investments, including

  • More course sections
  • More advisors
  • More faculty
  • More tutoring support
  • New classrooms
  • New laboratories
  • New instruments
  • More research opportunities

“We are proud to support student success by providing a world-class education at an exceptional value,” University of Missouri President Mun Choi said in a press release. “Our students are completing their degrees on time and with the experience needed to launch great careers right away. The tuition increase will ensure that we keep delivering results that change lives and support the economic development in Missouri.”
