ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — The newly remodeled Walmart Supercenter in south St. Louis County is celebrating its grand re-opening Friday, May 3.

The community is invited to attend the event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

It will feature a ribbon cutting ceremony, a tailgate party, a mural reveal and check presentations to a variety of local nonprofits, according to a press release. 

Attendees can enjoy food trucks, giveaways and special appearances from FredBird and Louie at 11 a.m. with Budweiser Clydesdales arriving at noon. 

Other guest appearances will be Marvel superheroes, Coca-Cola Polar Bear, Chester Cheetah, Tony the Tiger and more.

The Walmart is located at 3270 Telegraph Road.
