ST. LOUIS – Drivers who use I-64 and I-270 may want to consider alternate routes or allow extra time March 31-April 3 as MoDOT will close lanes on I-270 as well as a ramp near the interchange for the weekend.

Crews will close two lanes on northbound and southbound I-270 as well as the ramp from eastbound I-64 to northbound I-270 on Friday, March 31 at 9 p.m.

The work is weather permitting.

The lanes and the ramp will reopen by 5 a.m. Monday, April 3. Drivers can use Route 141 or Lindbergh Boulevard as alternate routes, or continue on eastbound I-64 to Spoede, exit at Spoede and take westbound I-64 to get to northbound I-270. This is the first of two weekend ramp closures for the lane and this ramp– the second is currently projected to run April 7-10.
