MADISON, Ill. – NASCAR Fan Fest is taking over Ballpark Village Thursday ahead of this weekend's Enjoy Illinois 300 at World Wide Technology Raceway. There will also be a Hauler's Parade that will leave the raceway in Madison, Illinois, head through downtown, then go back to Illinois.
