Wet and windy weather returns today as a late-season nor’easter brings cold rain and gusty winds.
The system brings widespread rain and gusty winds to New England beginning this morning. It will last all day and into early Friday with temperatures dropping 10 to 20 degrees below normal. Highs will only be around 50 degrees.
