LEWISTON – The Lewiston Planning Board unanimously approved a 48-unit apartment complex on Monday that would be built along Main Street.
The project will include six two-story buildings, with each apartment being market price.
Michael Barnes, an engineer for Main-Land Development Consultants, said the complexes will be built in two phases.
The developers, Gerald and Joshua Morin, are aiming for construction to begin later this year, with occupancy early next year.
