With dozens of events planned through Nov. 2024, LA Cocina de Gloria Molina teaching kitchen has welcomed nearly 1,000 attendees to its intimate culinary experiences since opening in 2022.
The teaching kitchen is part of LA Plaza de Cultura y Artes, a community hub celebrating Latinx culture through “transformative exhibitions, music, dance, culinary arts, and multigenerational artmaking and storytelling experiences.”
LA Cocina offers public culinary programs and a culinary youth training program and presents exhibitions exploring Mexican and Mexican American history.
